The Essential Oils for Allergies - Which Ones are the Right Ones?
These days more and more people are finding they are allegic to their environment of the outdoors, their offices and even their own homes.

If you feel an allergic reaction coming on, you can add these essential oils into a hot tub and take a bath for at least 20 minutes.
Also, the aroma of peppermint, either via candles or spray, or simply in a diffuser or even simmering in a potpourri, allowing the vapors to permeate the house, is a great help to allergies.
Other suggestions for use of essential oils is to massage the essential oil into your sinus areas or put some drops on a tissue or a hankerchief and carry it around breathing in the vapors every so often.
Essential oils should not be used directly on your skin or taken internally. Either add them to a carrier oil that you like, to your bath water or even to a bowl of water that you can then, via a wash cloth or sponge, can apply it to the affected areas.
Make sure you are careful as some oils are stronger and aremore likely to cause a reaction, while some are mild, it can't hurt to be carefull with all of them. Be sure to test them by placing only one drop on you skin
Experiment with the different essential oils to find which one will work better for you. Give them a chance to work, 8 -10 days, before switching to a different one and remember to keep track of what is working for you so that when you have the allergy symptoms next time, you'll be ready.
